Shipping
Where does Panamericana ship?
We currently ship within the United States. If you would like to place an order outside of the USA, please contact us at panamericana.contact@gmail.com we may be able to arrange your purchase.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on the product and your location. Once your item is processed, we aim to ship it as quickly as possible. Please note that jewelry and some other items may take additional time to prepare (see details below).
Products and Processing Times
Couture Jewelry
Our couture jewelry is made-to-order and hand crafted by skilled artisans. Processing times for Panamericana Couture Jewelry pieces are approximately 4-6 weeks. We appreciate your patience as we create your unique piece.
Ready-to-Wear Jewelry
Processing times for our ready-to-wear jewelry pieces are approximately 2-5 business days. We appreciate your patience as we get your orders ready for shipping. Shipping depends on your location and we currently only ship within the United States. For more information on shipping please visit our Shipping page.
Clothes
Many of our clothing items are one-of-a-kind vintage reworks.
Some items are naturally dyed for unique, eco-conscious color variations.
Due to the nature of our process, slight variations in color and fabric are normal and contribute to the uniqueness of your purchase.
Shoes
We currently do not offer half sizes. If you are unsure about sizing, we recommend sizing up for comfort or contacting us for guidance at panamericana.contact@gmail.com.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
How do I request a return or exchange?
To create a return request, please email panamericana.contact@gmail.com with the following information:
Your receipt
Your order number
The reason for your return or exchange request
What is your return policy?
All return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your item. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Custom or made-to-order jewelry is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
One-of-a-kind vintage rework items are also final sale due to their unique nature.

Silver Jewelry Care
Our silver jewelry is crafted with high-quality materials designed to last. Over time, silver may naturally tarnish due to exposure to air and moisture. This process is normal and can easily be managed with regular care. To help maintain your jewelry's brilliance, we include a polishing cloth with every order, to help your piece stays as beautiful as the day you received it. For added protection, please store your jewelry in an anti-tarnish bag whenever possible.
